Dispatch & Delivery
Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 3:30 PM for guaranteed same-day dispatch.

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, or during the weekend and bank holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking link via email.

2. In-Store Services & Click & Collect
Store Pickup: You may select "Store Pickup" at checkout to collect items from our Wilmslow shop. These are usually ready within 24 hours.

Gait Analysis: Professional gait analysis and shoe testing on our Wahoo treadmills are available in-store.

 

3. Order Amendments
Because our dispatch team works quickly to meet the 3:30 PM cutoff, any requests to change or add to an order must be made immediately via phone or email. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, no further changes can be made.

 

4. Liability
We try to ensure the accuracy of all of the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. The content of this site should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.
