This race is fully licenced by UKA #31762 & Course measurement certified #19/595.
The race starts in the grounds of the Barclays Radbroke Campus where Race HQ is situated. Please note Race HQ & the start are 800 metres from all parking.

NUMBER COLLECTION
Race numbers are now available for advance collection from our Run North West Wilmslow Store with free parking (1 Kings Close, SK9 5EB) or can be picked up on the morning of the race at Race HQ from 07:15AM. You can also pick up family, friends and running club numbers in advance, just make sure you have their date of birth to hand. Please note we do not post numbers out to help reduce the significant amount of waste this creates and do our bit to help the planet.

EVENT REFRESHMENTS
Onsite café Byte & Co. will be open from 7:30AM serving hot and cold drinks to keep you fueled before and after your run.
COURSE
The course starts and finishes in the same location, within the grounds of the Barclays Radbroke Technology Centre. The route heads out onto the country lanes of Over Peover, Snelson & Peover Heath and returns back along Stocks Lane. The course is run on fully closed country lanes with only 23 metres of elevation across the entire course.
The course has been measured and is certified to be an accurate 10K course

Any t-shirts that have been pre-ordered will be available for pick up on race day from Race HQ, you can collect these before or after the race. BAG DROP
Where possible, please leave your personal belongings in your car. We offer a limited bag drop facility for those arriving by public transport or bicycle. Please note that all items left in the bag drop are left at your own risk.

There will be ample portable toilet facilities within race HQ which will be well signposted.
MUSIC PLAYERS/HEADPHONES
We strongly advise against the use of personal music players or headphones during the race, as this can restrict your ability to hear safety instructions from marshals or unexpected events.

Finish line water will be provided as usual for anyone who doesn't bring their own. To minimise our environmental footprint, we are partnering with a responsible supplier to provide eco-friendly, recyclable canned water for this race. Bottled water will also be available at the halfway point.
Please use the dedicated bins and sacks provided to dispose of your empty cans and containers so we can ensure they are recycled.
MEDICAL SERVICES
First aid is situated at various points along the course. Should you feel unwell during the race please let your nearest marshal know so we can arrange for medics to get to you as soon as possible. If you come across anyone injured or in distress, please report it to the nearest marshal who will be in contact with our event team and our first aid providers. First aid is also available at the start and finish areas.

PACERS
Our fantastic pacer team will be on hand to deliver you to your desired time on a consistent pace! We have pacers from 35 minutes all the way to 75 minutes, all at 2.5 minute intervals!
UKAD & ANTI-DOPING COMPLIANCE
Please note that this event is subject to anti-doping rules and testing. All participants are expected to adhere to Clean Sport standards in accordance with UK Athletics and UKAD guidelines.
COURSE SAFETY & CHILDREN POLICY
Please note that children are strictly prohibited from taking part in any section of the event. For the safety of all participants, friends and family (including children) must not join runners on the course or run alongside them through the finish line.
LOST CHILDREN
In the event of a lost child or missing person, please alert the nearest race marshal immediately and head to the T-shirt collection marquee, which serves as our designated reunion point.
WHEELCHAIRS & BUGGIES
Due to strict road closure timings and safety considerations along the route, wheelchair participants and buggies are no longer permitted at this event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the course safe for everyone.

Presentations will take place straight after the race for top 3 Male and Female based on gun times

VET PRIZES
Prizes for first Vet in all age groups from V35 in 5-year increments plus the first U20 (one prize per individual, Male and Female) will be emailed based on chip times.
NUMBERS
Numbers must be attached to the front of your vest, please do not fold/cut/deface it in anyway. The timing chip is attached to the back of your number and is detected when you cross the start and finish. Please do not run around the outside of the mat area or your time will not be recorded.

It is incredibly important to also fill in your emergency contact details on the reverse of the number prior to running. In the unfortunate event of an emergency, this greatly assists medics to treat you swiftly and appropriately should you require first aid or medical treatment!
Please DO NOT run in someone else’s number as it is against UKA rules
Running in someone else's number can cause problems with the results and could also cause a lot of distress should there be an incident and the wrong family is contacted.

Transfers are free of charge and any monies transferring hands needs to be a direct agreement between the two parties. If you transfer your number after collecting it from our store, then please note you will need to give the number to the person you have transferred it to. Please be very careful if buying or selling an entry on social media as sadly some scams do occur.
