Silva Free Runner 1100

With 1100 lumen, a flat lightweight battery and an ultralight, minimalistic and adjustable headband, the modular Free Runner 1100 offers a light and comfortable fit optimised for running. The 96 g battery is carried in your pocket or running vest – not on your head – and connects to the headband with an integrated textile cord, reducing weight and improving balance while running.

Free Runner 1100 is built for runners who want strong, comfortable light on forest trails, urban roads and fast-paced training sessions. The lamp unit weighs 95 g, and the slim, flat battery just 96 g. The ultralight, minimalist headband has a comfortable fit and is easy to adjust. The integrated textile cable extends at the back, allowing the battery to be carried in a pocket or running vest instead of on your head. This solution extends battery life and reduces weight on your head, offering a smoother, almost weightless feel. When entering darker, more technical sections – like deep forest trails, steep descents or narrow paths – Speed Mode provides an instant boost of brightness so you can keep your pace with confidence.

Focus and speed with Speed Mode
The lamp features 4 brightness levels, including Speed Mode that gives you a quick boost of brightness with a short press from Max mode. The lamp then increases light output when cooling from wind, speed or cold air is sufficient, and the function can run for up to 50 minutes depending on lamp, battery and cooling. A brief flash confirms activation. Since Speed Mode shortens burn time, switch back when you no longer need the extra power.
