The race is a 2-lap course over 4.5 miles within the hidden grounds of Alderley Park, taking in the impressive lake, the working farm and the beauty of the grounds. The race is on both trail, woodlands and sections of road. Whether you’re training for a new challenge or looking for a sociable jog in the fresh countryside air, join us and enjoy a trail race through the hidden grounds of Alderley Park.

CLOSING DATEWe will close entries as soon as we have reached our limit.When the race sells out, we do not operate an official waiting list for this event, nor will there be any entries on the day. Transfers to another person free of charge are possible via your original entry email confirmation or your nifty entries (our system provider) account. Any monies changing hand would be a direct agreement between yourselves. PLEASE DO NOT run in another participants number, please complete the race transfer correctly as in the event of an emergancy we would have the wrong runners emergancy contact details and medical information.

Road or trail shoes are suitable for the course, we would advise trail shoes if the days leading up to the race have been extremely wet.Whether you’re training for a new challenge or looking for a sociable jog in the fresh countryside air, join us and enjoy a trail race through the hidden grounds of Alderley Park.
PRIZES 🏆Presentations will take place after the race as soon as the results have been verified, prizes are from gun times.
All prizes are equal for male and females, they will be awarded to the top 3 finishers as well as the first Vet in all age groups from V35 to V80+ in 5-year increments plus the first U20 (one prize per individual).

We’re excited that Run North West will have an exclusive area for runners where the pub will provide a delicious runners menu. You will be able to choose from a combination of salads, burgers and kebabs.
The courtyard area under the stretch tent, will be available from 7:45pm until late exclusively for runners of the race.
If you would like to experience the full menu, it is advised to book a table.
Set within Alderley Park, The Churchill Tree is a short stroll from Glasshouse. See you there!

Wilmslow train station is 4.5 miles from Race HQ.Car and parking facilitiesWhere possible please car share 🚗 to ease congestion, traffic and help save the environment 🌍!There is ample FREE parking within Alderley Park, please follow the directions of the marshals when you arrive. The race booklet will have the instructions on what to do on arrival to Alderley Park.

The Bruntwood Charity supports Bruntwood’s nominated charities across Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham. The charities are chosen on the basis of the real difference they can make to the lives of the people in the communities where Bruntwood operates. Bruntwood’s staff work together to raise money for the charities through a variety of fundraising events from clothes swaps to triathlons.ECO WATER 🥤In a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint and do our bit to save the planet, we have introduced a bring your own water bottle (pre-filled) to place at the finish area for the end of the race. Completely optional, but every person who brings their own bottle of water is helping to save the planet one small step at a time. Bottled water will be provided, as usual, for anyone who doesn’t bring their own. We do use a responsible supplier for our water (as well as being ZERO to landfill), their bottles are made out of 51% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable.
