Retail update 17th March – COVID19 – Pandemic.

Following the recent announcement of our event postponement of the Knutsford Spring 10k and Alderley Bypass 10k event we are also making changes to our in-store customer service processes and offering free delivery on all items online for the wellbeing of our team members and customers.

We are now offering a telephone booking system for gait analysis in an conscious attempt to reduce the number of customers in our shops at any given time. This will ensure our shop is spacious for the benefit of both the staff and customers and to ensure the same level of high service.

Please call us on 01625528887 or email run@runnorthwest.co.uk with your preferred time slot Monday – Saturday 9:30-5:30 and Sunday’s 11:30-4:30. The shop will remain open as normal during this time for those who haven’t booked in advance however we suggest booking in advance to save disappointment.

We will also start from today limiting the number of customers allowed in store at any one time to prevent numbers from exceeding certain levels.

We strongly recommend that customers could avoid coming to store if they are feeling unwell during this challenging time.

Despite the concerns we want to share some positive news with our customers that both free delivery and 20% off all products will remain in place until further notice both online and in store. Please use the code RNW20 when checking out to receive your discount!

Running is such an important way to remain strong both physically and mentally and we want to encourage everyone to continue doing what you love but in a safe environment, so going for a run is the perfect tonic!

Our aim is to keep the store open as normal during this difficult time and can assure customers that the shop will be regularly cleaned with customers all asked to use hand sanitiser when visiting store.
