As part of our on going commitment to raising money for vital causes we’re proud to work along side East Cheshire Hospice, The Christie and Key 103’s Cash for Kids. If you wish to take part in one of our events and raise money for one of our fantastic causes, you’ll be offered the opportunity to sign up and register funds when entering via our online entry partner, Nifty Events.

East Cheshire Hospice is a haven of care and calm for people facing the challenges at the end of their lives who live in the communities of Buxton, Congleton, High Legh, High Peak, Knutsford, Macclesfield, Poynton, Wilmslow and the villages and hamlets in between.

Offering gold-standard care, compassion, medical and emotional support, East Cheshire understand that for some people using hospice services is a frightening thought. Whilst also providing exceptional and holistic care for people with life-limiting illnesses, East Cheshire also help their carers and families to cope and even smile through difficult times.

The Christie Charity is committed to revolutionising the fight against cancer by funding world reaching research, treatment and care, education and additional support services.

Each and every one of our supporters helps us fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects which would not be possible with NHS funds alone.

With 82p in every pound raised going to directly to patients, by joining Team Christie you are helping us to get one step closer to a future without cancer.

Cash for Kids is the official charity of Key 103 and provides a helping hand to disabled and disadvantaged children across Greater Manchester.

Each year Cash for Kids raise thousands of pounds for grants to children’s charities, individuals and many other causes throughout their transmission area.

All the money is raised locally and spent locally and goes to children and young people under 18 throughout the region, with mental, physical or sensory disabilities, with behavioural or psychological disorders, living in poverty or situations of deprivation, suffering through distress, abuse or neglect. As part of our Wilmslow Festive 10k we organised a toy drop service for runners to leave unwrapped gifts suitable for children and young people aged 0-18 years, which proved to be hugely popular.

If you’d like to be considered as next year’s charity partner, please email Sophie@runnorthwest.co.uk or contact us on 01625 529 000
